Application Request an Application Form to complete and schedule an admissions interview. Send it in with the $25 non-refundable fee. You may turn in your completed form and payment at the interview. Or prior to scheduling your interview, you may mail the form and payment to Freedom Academy: Freedom Academy 4888 NW Bethany Blvd Ste K-5 #186 Portland, OR 97229 We also use paypal to accept payments:     $25 Application Fee Payment Plans  Tuition is per family. We offer affordable payment plans, each fits various family budgets. Choose the one which works best for your family. Monthly - 9 payments of $20  ($180 for the year) Due the 5th of the month.  Semester - $85 each ($170 for the year) Due the 5th of Sept. & Feb.  Yearly -  $150 (due by the 5th of Sept.)
